Charges for tuition and fees are the obligation of the student upon registration and are due on the first day of the term. OCICU courses are offered externally through another University therefore payment in full is due the first day of the term. A student may participate in classes, take examinations and be entitled to the benefits of a fully registered student only when all charges have been paid or satisfactory financial arrangements have been approved by the Business Office.

A late fee of $50 will be assessed or, at the college’s election, interest will be charged at a rate not to exceed 18% annual percentage rate (APR) to all accounts with on-line charges after the first day of class.

A student with an unpaid balance will not be allowed to register for the next semester/session /term or participate in study aboard programs until that balance is paid in full. In the event of default, the College may refer the account to a credit reporting agency, a collection agency, and/or initiate legal action to collect any outstanding debt.

The student will be responsible for collection costs including, without limitation, interest, penalties, collection agency fees, court costs and attorney fees.

Certificates of graduation or diplomas and transcripts of credit and credentials will be issued only to students who have settled all obligations to the college, including, but not limited to, tuition, fees, fines, and signatures on loan documents. Any student who is delinquent on a payment plan will have the above credentials held.
