ETH100-C5: Business Ethics Workshop

Business ethics is an important reflection of corporate culture and individual choices. Intended for anyone in business, this workshop considers the expression of leadership ethics and explores the issues, dilemmas and challenges that influence decision making. You will analyze effective methods of communicating responsibility, conduct and accountability from society’s and an individual’s point of view. We will also analyze case studies and view pertinent videos that support the learning process.[photo] Word Integrity

 

Topics include:

  • Is there a value in having business ethics today? Or, is it all relative?
  • Moral philosophies that impact decision making. What we “ought” to do.
  • Ethics in the name of maximizing profits and fostering the health of the organizations. A look at corporate and individual value systems.
  • Leadership, responsibility and ethics. Considering our moral checkpoints.
  • Who do we trust? Am I on the slippery slope?
  • How do “you” do ethics? Looking at yourself.
Cost: $450 per person
