Carroll art professor displays exhibit
Peggy Thurston Farrell, gallery director and assistant professor of art at Carroll University, will permanently exhibit "The Evolution of Expression" at the Waukesha Public Library. The opening reception will be Saturday, Sept. 6, 2008, at 10 a.m. in the library's community room, in conjunction with Waukesha ArtFest. more
Carroll, UW-Platteville make pact
Carroll University President Dr. Douglas N. Hastad and University of Wisconsin-Platteville Chancellor Dr. David J. Markee today signed an articulation agreement to give Carroll University students a clear pathway to earn an undergraduate degree in mechanical or electrical engineering. Under the terms of the agreement, students would complete three years of coursework at Carroll University and then transfer to UW-Platteville to complete their final two years of coursework. Students who successfully complete the program will earn a bachelor of science degree in applied physics from Carroll University and a bachelor of science degree in engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. more
