Fall 2008 will bring a new and exciting campus housing option for students. The residence hall, yet to be named, is under construction at the corner of Grand Avenue and College Avenue, just one block from the heart of campus. The four-story, apartment-style facility will 264 residents in quad apartment units. Some of the great amenities are an underground parking structure, as well as study spaces, a large common-area kitchen on each floor, a coffee bar and a Pilates studio. The building will be staffed by the college with resident assistants and a live-in professional. The completion date is scheduled for September 2008.
